1️⃣ No Refund

• Once a purchase is made, the product is delivered instantly via digital download.
• Because digital files cannot be returned, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.

2️⃣ Failed Payments or Technical Errors

If you are charged but unable to download your material due to a technical issue, contact us within 24 hours with your order ID. We will verify the transaction and provide a new download link if eligible.

3️⃣ Duplicate Payment

If you are charged twice for the same item, please contact us with proof of payment — we will refund the duplicate charge after verification. Once we verify the refund request, we will credit the refund to the original payment method within 6–7 days.
